Cyprus Citizenship By Investment

Investors and their families participating in the Alternative Investment Fund “GIRDER CAPITAL”, are eligible to apply for the Cyprus/EU citizenship under the financial criterion:

• Investment in Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) or financial assets of Cypriot companies or Cypriot organisations that are licensed by “CySEC” (Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission)

Financial Requirements

• Investment amount: € 2,000,000
• Minimum investment period: 3 years

Additional Criteria

• Own a permanent private residence in Cyprus worth at least €500,000 (plus VAT)
• Clean Criminal Record
• The investor should hold a residency permit in Cyprus for a period of at least 6 months prior his/her naturalization

• Custodian Bank / External Financial Auditor:

  A Custodian (Depositary) Bank as well as External Financial Auditors (KPMG) are appointed to ensure the security of the investments.

• Family:

  The Applicant’s spouse & dependent children are eligible and may also obtain jointly the Cyprus citizenship.
